Courtown Harbour Sea Angling Association is a fishing club located near the north Wexford town of Gorey. The club was formed in 2007 by a few local anglers and has steadily grown to over forty senior members in 2010.
Club competitions are organised all year round for the shore master angler series and during the summer months for the boat master angler. Anglers of all levels are welcome; we also have a thriving junior section.
Courtown Harbour Sea Angling Association (CSAA) will host the annual Irish Federation of Sea Anglers (IFSA) "National Master Angler" shore competition for 2010. This event will be fished on the beaches of north Wexford and will be based in Courtown Harbour area.The event will run for two days on the 9th and 10th of October 2010 with three competitions run on three separate beaches over the duration of the event.
Upcoming Events
The next competition in the shore master angler series will be held in Katts strand on the 11th of September 2010. Fishing will be from 10.00 to 14.00. Check-in from 08.30 to 09.15
The next boat master angler competition will be held on the 4th of September at Courtown Harbour. Fishing will be from 11.00 to 15.00. Check-in from 9.30 to 10.15.
